Governor Abigail Spangberger, Attorney General Jay Jones, and the Virginia General Assembly made lots of promises to get elected and we wanted to examine how they have performed so far.

While the Governor, Attorney General, and the Virginia General Assembly have been on the job for over 6 months and it the year hasn’t finished, Making a Case for Virginia examined how these branches of government met our four pillars of Defending the Constitution, Strengthening Public Safety, Fostering Economic Opportunity, and Ensuring Accountable Government.

The Virginia legislature appears to be governing from a philosophy that emphasizes expanded government involvement in healthcare, labor policy, and social issues.
